Space Project

Each year the 3rd and 4th graders collaborate on a project. Below are some pictures from the Space Project they did together. In small groups, students researched the planets, their climates, distance from the sun, geological composition and more! One part of the project is to design space suits that will meet the needs of living beings on the assigned planets. The students factored in temperature, proximity to the sun, oxygen levels, gravity and much more! Check out the spacesuits below!
